The last few weeks have brought about many shifts for me, as I know have been the same for many others.
I have taken on 2 collaborative projects in addition to my coaching and healing work, have been introduced to an onslaught of new communities and amazing people and have been faced with difficulties at home as well as with family. Many good changes, but also many new challenges, as Life has asked me to continually expand, open and receive. I am aware I have asked for all of it, but at the same time, it can feel overwhelming.
Many people I know are feeling overwhelmed with the shifts, uncertainty and ungrounding that is happening. And if you are, hopefully you're taking the time "out" of life to go inward, simplify and do self care.
Today in my self-care practice, as I was tuning in to what healing I needed today, I got the message to tune into the Elephant Kingdom through the Akashic Records to receive the "medicine" their collective consciousness had to share with me.
What I found was so beautiful and I'd love to share it with you. If you are feeling unstable, uncertain, or overwhelmed, I invite you to invite the essence of the Elephant to bring your strength, endurance, wisdom protection and patience. This is the message I received from them...
"What we've known, we have always known. What we see and feel, we have always seen and felt. There is no time. Only the timeless wisdom of our fathers and the ancient ways of the Earth.
Stand strong and give thanks and patience for another day to serve, live and thrive with your family.
Nourish and play. There is no rush.
Protect and prosper. You are Endurance, Patience and Strength.
Stay together and do what is best for the survival of your heard. Think long term. Think Endurance.
Rely on what gives you the most nourishment to sustain the journey.
We keep steady on the path, but rest and play in the nearest watering hole to help us refuel.
We are in it for the long haul and you can glean from our knowing that all will change except what is real and true. We are here. We are here. We are here for you."
