By now, you should be getting used to the sensation of meditation, especially if you are doing a 14, 21 or 28-day Challenge, and that's great!
In this session, we continue with our Rotation of Consciousness Method and Breath Counting, but pivot our focus on just one place, the 6th Chakra, aka 3rd Eye and the silence between thoughts.
The 3rd Eye is called this, because it is the energetic center associated with clairvoyance or Inner Vision. When we strengthen this center, we can develop our 6th sense, meaning we can see beyond the obvious into possible futures or outcomes.
Focussing on the 3rd eye also stimulates the pituitary gland, which helps to regulate hormones, stress and sleep cycles.
