We introduce Rotation of Consciousness in this session as another way to calm the nervous system, ground into our bodies and relax into meditation mode. This technique is gleaned from Yoga Nidra, an ancient tantric method that systematically puts the mind into a subconscious state.

 

We also use a similar breath counting technique to Yoga Nidra to harness and focus your relaxed mind on the breath to bring you even deeper.

We then bring you on a journey through 7 energetic centers in the body and let you find out what's there.
