This is a journey of breath.

 

We will use the breath in a few different ways to calm, center and focus before honing in on each individual breath, as it takes us straight into the Bliss of Being. 

We experiment with non-dual meditation here or Pure Beingness, which is the goal of most meditations. As you suspend yourself between each breath, imagine there is nothing else to do and nowhere else to go but exactly where you are. In a completely still and neutral space. You are space. Pure Beingness.
